Just some scrappies

Nothing really going on this week other than i think i am trying to relapse in being sick again! I feel like dogshit. My eyes hurt, my head hurts, my whole freaking body hurts...Blech!

in other exciting news though our dear dear dear beloved Josie might be coming down also for E's birthday get together with our blog/scrappy friends...so exciting...i sure hope she can!! Plane tickets are freaking ourageous right now...they want your first born.

I finished the rest of the layouts i did for Scrap Diner. The challenge blast is over. I sure hope the mojo don't stop because girl has been on a roll i tell ya...






Simone, Elizabeth and i started a new thing among ourselves where we are going to challenge each other every week to use up some things that we are either hoarding or forget about and never use it...

i went first and my challenge was ribbon..i have more ribbon than the law should allow so i took some inspiration from elsie and rolled with it




and then Elizabeth picked stickers...OH LORD!! and not only stickers as if that wasn't bad enough but we had to use at least 10 stickers and numbers and letters DID NOT COUNT! wha? are you kidding me...that was my reaction...holy shit what am i going to do...E are you effin kidding me? her response..no bitch i am not...do it!!
damn..alright already!! So this is what i came up with for that challenge



Simone's challenge is use christmas paper for a non christmas layout...Good lord here we go again...but i have something in mind for that one...I THINK! i'll post when finish if it turns out..if it doesn't just forget i said anything...

This is the cover to Noel's Challenge that adrienne hosted... i have 4 pages done so far but none of them scanned in..will add that to my list of things to do

It's always something

good lord..stuff to say and show.....i have to appologize for the bad blogging. i am trying to get better i just have been swamped.

**tap tap** ahem...excuse me can everyone hear me? are you still with me? lol

first mason has been real sick..we ended up having to take him to the ER last wednesday..he is fine now but it was pretty scary for a while. he had a SEVERE case of bronchotis.

I want to give a shout out to my girl Karen who sent me some awesome ggodies from her etsy store. I so can't wait to use them. I got the S.W.A.K ones....eeek...and she made me this ca-yute little book and used her bind it all...i have already altered it and it is almost complete. I have all my blog buddies addresses, phone numbers and most birthdays in it so far...all in one place...agghhhh this will make my life so much easier.
WILL TAKE A PIC OF MY GOODIES AS SOON AS I GET A CHANCE...

also i need to give a huge shout out to Jennifer. She has a pink itty bitty xmas tree for sale and i wanted it so bad (i have since bought one) and she said it was already spoken for but she would like to send me goodies and boy did she. She sent me some christmas goodies that will look perfect in my house next year. i cannot wait. Thank you so much jennifer....i am sorry girls it took so long but i have been non stop...and to think i though 08 would be less busy..hmph...who was i kidding...but it's been a good , fun, crazy busy.

and ummm what is up with heath ledger? that is so sad!

Scrap-Diner's challenge is kickin and we have had a lot of particpation. It is so much fun to meet new people and see others work...very inspirational. I want to thank everyone!!

Challenge Blast

So today officially kicked off the CHallenge Blast at Scrap Diner. It is 8 days worth of challneges....don't be alarmed it is just one a day.

Today Nancy opened the blast up with layering. I have had such a great time doing it. Here are a few of my layouts
